- Fort Worth Area Swim Team (FAST) is a high-quality competitive swimming program that
emphasizes fundamental aquatic skills, physical fitness, teamwork, and personal growth.
- FAST is a member of United States Swimming,
the national governing body of this Olympic sport, and under the regional administration of
North Texas Swimming Local Swim Committee [LSC].
Our Masters swimmers are members of
United States Masters Swimming [USMS] and are regionally governed by
North Texas Masters, the
Local Masters Swim Committee [LMSC].

- Our Coaching Staff is a group of experienced swimming
professionals committed to helping our swimmers achieve their individual potential in a positive
environment.
- Our Practice Groups are organized to fit the evolving needs of
our athletes as they grow and improve, and to match swimmers with others of similar age,
abilities, and maturity. Practice schedules vary by group.
- Tryouts and signups for prospective members
are conducted year-round during specific days/times
