FAST trains mornings in the summer at Forest Park Pool, owned and operated by Fort Worth City Parks & Recreation. FAST rents pool time from the city.

Recently renovated, the facility offers an Olympic-sized 50 meter course [eight lanes]. The pool also has a connected diving well with 1-meter and 3-meter diving boards and a connected walk-in wading pool. Wide lanes and gutters make this pool well-suited for training. A bathhouse with showers [cold water] is adjacent to the pool area. Parking is convenient.
