How to get your body from Point A to B in the water

Fact of the week: Once you begin floating, the next step is MOVING. Combining your floating skills with some simple smooth arm movements will help you get to your destination. By keeping your arm movements smooth, you will create less turbulence which equals and smoother journey to that destination. Also, for many of our adults who have anxiety and fear, it further reinforces that being calm in the water gets results.


How do I move up? Attend as many of your classes as possible, communicate with your instructor on your struggles, goals, and where you're at in our curriculum. We also have many adults who purchase a gym membership to 24 Hour Fitness or LA Fitness while they are taking lessons so they can practice 2-3 times between classes.
