SIGMA Swim Team: Swim Faster Backstroke With Better Head Position

Efficient swimming is directly related to a proper head position. For backstroke, the head should be in a very specific position and angle. This results in the swimmer's chest, hips, legs, and feet being an optimal position. Take a look at the drill and swimmer below.
